COVID-19 Update
We continue to monitor any Interior Health and Workplace BC guidelines for Covid-19. We also maintain a increased level of sanitation and cleanliness with our facilities and equipment with additional measures in place. We have also encourage to have our staff serve food in larger gatherings to reduce contact.
Mobile Catering
We know that due to COVID-19, organizing catering events almost seems impossible, but don’t worry. Jill’s Catering and Mobile Kitchen is now hosting mobile catering services by coming up door to door to organize catering events by providing exotic range of our meals along some warmth of bonfire with it.
Take-out style
Each meal will be packaged in individual take out containers with disposables. All the condiments are individually packed.
Platted Dinners
Each meal will be individually platted by our servers and guests will come to a serving point to pick up a meal.
Hot items are put in separate containers as well on a hot cabinet to keep them hot and steamy to use.
Individualized Condiments
Along with each meal, there will be individual condiments given which includes all the necessary items required.
Modified Buffet/Platter
Guests will come up to a food bar station with COVID-19 Shield Protection and instruct servers on their choice of food. Staff will plate each meal and provide the plate to the guest.
