Dishes and Cutlery
Jill’s can provides the dishes and cutlery for your service for an additional fee. We believe in reducing waste so we try and not use paper/disposable items if possible. If you do require take out containers then please let us know. A small charge may apply.
Drop-off and Pickup
Our staff will bring your order to your location on time. We will setup the food service and make sure that everything is in place, ready to serve and eat with a full catering setup order. If necessary, we will remain on site to assist you with the service.
When you are finished we will have supplied bins and crates for you to place you dishware and cutlery for pickup. We will discretely arrive and pickup our dishes without disturbing you meeting/function.
We will do our best to clean and tidy the room before we leave. Arrangements can be made to pick up dishes next day if meetings go into the evening.
We also offer an express delivery with hot meals are delivered in a hot box container for self service. Take away plates cutlery napkins along with serving utensils are provided but setup and service will be up to you.
Delivery fees – A delivery fee of $40 will apply for local drop offs. A surcharge will be applied for groups under 10 persons to cover our cost.
Minimum charge – We require a minimum of 10 persons for orders 20 for appetizers. We will serve smaller groups but there will be a surcharge over the posted rates if this is the case.
Takeout Containers – A take out container charge will be applied for meals requiring this type of service.
Gratuity – A 10% gratuity will be applied on each order.
No Cancellations of pre booked catered meals allowed. Please contact us if you have any concerns.
Contact Us
Please book your catering in advance to allow our staff to prepare. For small jobs 10-30 we will require 24 hrs advance notice. Large sittings will require more advanced preparation and planning. We ask you to contact us several days before your event to ensure that we have all your needs covered.
Payment
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Amex along with Debit and e-transfer. If you need to pay by cheque please contact us first to authorize. We can send you and email link with your invoice so you can safely pay online.
